Files are private and temporary; the upload and download screens show their availability. Account, payment and support records are retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties and resolve disputes.

Hosting, authentication, payment and communication providers process the data needed for their roles. Payment providers receive your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
