The essentials of using our service.
Our service
MakeYourFile is operated by XOXO MEDIA sp. z o.o. Payment unlocks your converted file and the available JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, TIFF and PDF conversions during your paid membership. The converter shows the available output formats for each uploaded file; not every input/output pair is supported. Each upload can be up to 20 MB. PDF input supports up to 20 pages and exports to JPG or PNG; multi-page results download as a ZIP. Converted files are available for one hour; download them before they expire.
Using it responsibly
Use the service lawfully and only with content you have the right to use. Keep your sign-in details secure. Do not upload harmful material or interfere with the service. Keep your own copies of important files and check results before relying on them.
Payments and subscriptions
The checkout shows the price, currency, taxes, access period and any recurring charges before you pay. Subscription purchases follow our Subscription Policy. Any payment operator identified at checkout also supplies its own terms.
Help and your rights
For service problems, complaints or refund requests, see Support. These terms do not limit your mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty digital content and any applicable withdrawal right. Downloading a file alone does not remove those rights.
