Subscription Policy
Access, renewals and cancellation.
What is included
Payment unlocks your converted file and the available JPG, PNG, WEBP, AVIF, TIFF and PDF conversions during your paid membership. The converter shows the available output formats for each uploaded file; not every input/output pair is supported. Each upload can be up to 20 MB. PDF input supports up to 20 pages and exports to JPG or PNG; multi-page results download as a ZIP. Converted files are available for one hour; download them before they expire.
Charges and renewal
Where a paid plan is offered, its initial charge, access period, recurring price, billing interval, currency and taxes are shown at checkout. A subscription renews automatically and charges your payment method until canceled. An introductory period converts to the recurring plan shown before payment.
Cancel renewal
Cancel in Settings → Billing before your next renewal. Once cancellation is confirmed, future renewals stop and access continues until the end of the paid period. Check Billing for your current status and dates.
Questions and refunds
Canceling renewal does not itself refund a completed payment. For payment issues or refund requests, use Support or the payment operator’s support shown on your receipt. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.
